Bridging a language gap
In view of distancing away from religious treasures due to the modern world’s linguistic trends and disinterest in the mother tongue, concise, comprehensive write-ups and translations are needed to create religious awareness.
Who we are
Established 2003 · Reg. No. 1295. Serving children, youth and families of Lucknow for more than two decades.
By His Name, the Glorified
“(O Guardian), when you would see us and we would be privileged to see you, while flying the flag of His succour.”
— Du'a-e-Nudba
Our story
The Trust was founded in 2003 CE and named after an epithet of Imam-e-Asr, the Ultimate Saviour of Humanity (our souls be ransom to him).
Its foundation was particularly to make every possible effort to impart right training to children and youths of advancing age, and to elevate their academic quality.
Since then, Al-Mu'ammal has grown into a publisher of books in four languages, the registered Mu'ammal bi-monthly magazine, weekly Dini classes, academic symposiums, children's competitions and free medical camps — all guided by one idea: that a generation trained well becomes a society that cares for the rights of every member.
Why Al-Mu'ammal
In view of distancing away from religious treasures due to the modern world’s linguistic trends and disinterest in the mother tongue, concise, comprehensive write-ups and translations are needed to create religious awareness.
Even in this age of advancement, many Shia localities remain educationally backward and far from religious education — Qur’an and religious commandments — because scholars cannot reach them. It is our responsibility to work for their education, to the extent possible, in this occultation of Imam-e-Zamana (a.f.).
For long the members of the Foundation had been trying to solve religio-social problems. Finally we had the opportunity to put them before the late Ustad Allama ash-Shaikh Mohammad Husain an-Nasiri (t.b.), Mumbai, who encouraged us a lot.
Means of progress & consolidation
“Encouraged by the late Ustad Allama ash-Shaikh Mohammad Husain an-Nasiri (t.b.), Mumbai.”
“Where is the one upon whom rests the hope of reviving the Divine Book and restoring its sacred laws and ordinances?” Dua Nudba
Your support funds books, classes, medical camps and children's programmes.
